Their Story

Brittany and Patrick met online. Not through your typical dating website, but rather through computer games. That's right, you read that correctly! Brittany and Patrick crossed paths in June of 2012 at a video game tournament in Atlanta; after which they started to become friends. Over the next 6 months the two spent countless hours talking and getting to know each other. In January of 2013, after another meet up in Atlanta, they decided to embark on a long-distance relationship.

After what felt like hundreds of trips back and forth from Orlando to Charlotte over the next 10 months, Patrick made the difficult decision to uproot his life and move to Florida. Well... not that difficult, thank goodness he loves fishing and Brittany so much, right?! 

Over the last 5 years, they have been working day in and day out, academically, spiritually, & emotionally to build a solid foundation for their relationship and more importantly their future.

On Christmas Eve 2016 and with Linda's (Mother of the bride and Brittany's best friend) blessing, Patrick decided it was time to pop the question and Brittany said 'YES!' They are thrilled to begin this new adventure together as husband and wife! A lifetime filled with laughter, love, and precious memories.
